• Compiles information from seller solicitations and supporting archives to confirm the precision of charging information and to guarantee receipt of things requested, utilizing number cruncher and PC. 

• Compares solicitations against buy requests and delivering and getting archives to confirm receipt of things requested. 

• Records information in control records. 

• Follow up the interaction of receipt both inside and outside 

• Keep track of receipt measures and forthcoming solicitations 

• Contacts merchants or purchasers in regards to blunders in halfway or copy solicitations, costs and replacements. 

• Ensure that exact and complete bookkeeping, announcing and inner control frameworks are working and that all applicable records are kept up with.

Instructive Qualifications and Certifications: 

• Bachelor certificate in Commerce or same (must)

• Minimum 2-3 years of involvement.
